We invite you to join the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network of the Twin Cities (YNPN-TC) and Donte Curtis from Catch Your Dream Consulting on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 from 5:30 – 7:30 PM for a highly interactive workshop on healing from white supremacy culture in the nonprofit sector. White supremacy is an issue that we must ALL collectively heal from, while simultaneously trying to break the cycle. We will reflect on how white supremacy harms us individually and organizationally. Participants will come away with antidotes to break the cycle and ultimately recover from white supremacy. If you'd like to learn more about the concept of white supremacy culture before the event, here is an article with an overview of the concept.
This workshop is about healing and not shaming or blaming. We invite people of color and white people to participate in this night of healing and change.
