Join Us!

Joining YNPN Twin Cities means you're plugging yourself into an already large and ever-growing network of young non-profit professionals in our area. Events, which range from laid-back happy hour meet-ups to large-scale workshops featuring nationally renowned speakers, are open to people of all ages and experience levels regardless of membership status. But, becoming a member is the easiest and most direct way to engage with and make the most of the Twin Cities nonprofit community, so get on it!

How do I join?

To become a member of YNPN Twin Cities you must join our membership directory by filling out the form below, and actively engage with the YNPN-TC community by volunteering with us or by attending at least one of our events a year. Our events are designed with the core twenties and thirties YNPN demographic in mind, but they are not by any means exclusive. Every person of any age or experience is welcome and encouraged to reach out and get to know the YNPN network! You don't have to be a YNPN member to attend, but hey, you're already halfway there, so why not just fill out the membership form and make it official?

Benefits to completing this form and becoming a member include:

  • Opportunities to serve on one of our committees and get more deeply involved with our work
  • Opportunities to contribute to our site, such as by writing posts to our blog on topics of interest to young nonprofit professionals

How much does it cost?

Joining YNPN Twin Cities is free!

Do I have to work for a nonprofit to join?

No! Most members do have nonprofit jobs, but we also welcome students, people considering a non-profit career, people who provide services to or work closely with nonprofits, and others.
