From burnout to burn bright: How to redesign your job to re-energize your work

Join boardie Paul Johnson for From burnout to burn bright: How to redesign your job to re-energize your work

Hear about what Paul has in store!

7 out of 10 Americans are currently disengaged at work.

To be disengaged may feel different--overwhelmed, burned out, stuck in a rut--but the underlying causes are usually the same. Many times people become disengaged because they aren't doing enough meaningful work in their job.

You might say: "Not enough meaningful work? But I work for a non-profit!" Meaningful work is not always about the cause you are working for, but instead it's about whether or not your actual day-to-day work is meaningful. One easy way to tell if your work is meaningful or not is to ask yourself: does this energize me or drain me of energy?

In this cafe conversation, we'll break down your current role to see how much meaningful work you are doing and talk about strategies you can take to redesign your job so you can become re-energized in your job.

This year's Cafe Conversations is completely virtual! Each event will be hosted via Google Hangouts. After you RSVP, keep an eye out for the link.
