YNPN Twin Cities invites you to attend:
Join us to unite DANCE and NETWORKING. Come ready to move! This event will be fun and engaging for your body and mind.
Activist and local dance artist PH Copeland will guide us to grow awareness of:
- How our bodies|minds are connected
- How we lead individually, and how we exist relative to other leaders
- Creative ways to engage and collaborate
Any type of movement can be dancing! Don’t believe it? Check this out.
With time for networking included, you’ll get to know new friends while warming up in the beautiful Four Seasons dance studio.
Things to know
Is this a dance lesson? No! This isn’t a dance lesson and no dance experience or physical coordination is required. (Really!!!) We are simply drawing on dance ideas to connect our minds and our bodies to better understand ourselves and strengthen our leadership skills.
Do I have to participate in everything? All movements will be modifiable. Most will be done own your own. It’s all invitation-based, so you can opt to participate as much as you feel comfortable.
What should I wear? Anything you would wear to work or relax, but you may be more comfortable in clothing that allows you to move freely.
Where do I park? Parking is available in a lot and on the street around Four Seasons Dance Studio. More parking is available on the other side of Hennepin Avenue.
