#ynpchat: Real Talk | Diversity

Diversity and the nonprofit sector’s struggles with it are on the minds of many young nonprofit professionals these days. With that in mind, YNPN Twin Cities made it a priority this year to carve out space to have those conversations. We kicked it off a couple months back with a very in-demand event about Race and Privilege in the Nonprofit Sector. 2011 YNPN National Leadership Conference: 20+ Faces, 20+ Takeaways

Some of us flew. Some us drove—10+ hours from the Twin Cities. And some of us took a brisk walk over to the 2011 Young Nonprofit Professionals Network National Leadership Conference in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
